Aquatics Classes
AM-Aqua-Fit Workout
Conducted in shallow water, aqua-Aerobics combined with strength, balance and core stability exercises to increase mobility, build muscle and improve overall quality of life. Participants regulate the intensity of their workouts by using the resistance of the water making it effective for all fitness levels.

Aqua-Fit Combo
This class is conducted in the shallow end, as well as the deep end of the pool. Participants wear flotation belts called aqua-joggers for core stability when working in the deep end. A variety of resistance equipment will be used that add to the natural resistance properties of the aquatic environment. This class will help to improve your strength, balance, stamina, mobility, and muscle tone. No swimming skills are required.

Aqua Sport Fitness
A 45 minute workout that incorporates both aerobic and HITT work sets. The use of hand buoys, webbed gloves, noodles and kick boards adds an extra dimension to both resistance and level of intensity. Form, technique, and core strength/stability are the mainstay of this class. Conducted in both the shallow and deep end of the pool.

Water Walking for Fitness, Therapy and Rehabilitation
For individuals with arthritis, back, knee, or hip injuries, or other conditions that can make traditional forms of exercise difficult. Participants will establish their own water exercise routine to meet their individual needs. This class will increase strength and stamina; build and tone muscles; improve circulatory and cardiovascular systems; and reduce stress and tension.
